NOTIFICATION

AVir Delhi, the 11 th February, 1970

S.O. 613, —In pursuance of the provisions of clause (a) of Sub-section (1) of
section 2 of the Border Security Force Act, 1968 (47 of 1968) the Central Govern¬
ment hereby declares the duty by every person referred to in the said clause (a>
serving in Madhya Pradesh for a period of throe months with effect from 12th
February 1970 as active duty.
